GroundProbe’s Work-on-Whatever Days involves working with anyone you choose on whatever you want for 24 hours to learn, explore, or improve anything at all. The only rule is you must present your work the next day, and the reward is more time to explore and develop the best ideas.

The outcomes of this program have included improving jobs and workflows, improving physical space, a new L&D framework, wellbeing research as well as more external product innovations.
