Hudson RPO’s “Aspire” and “Pinnacle” are peer recognition programs where employees nominate colleagues for awards in several categories, including Rising Star, Best Team, Individual or Leader and a Wild Card Award, recognising innovation, service or learning. The Leadership team vote for five winners each quarter who are recognised in front of all employees at the Quarterly Aspire Awards meeting. “Aspire” winners attend the annual “Pinnacle” Awards, a 2-day professional development and team-building event at a prestigious resort. A cash bonus plus a financial contribution towards their professional development is awarded to the annual winners. The programs have had a positive impact on employee engagement and retention.
