Keystart has embedded its values and behaviours with the introduction of the Hearts and Smarts behavioural framework. The framework was developed from employees’ feedback and clearly outlined what “what good looks like” at Keystart. The framework has enabled Keystart to keep the culture strong even with the addition of new hires.
