MedHealth’s Whole Person support package delivered support to their employees which extended outside of work. The package included psychologist-hosted webinars, boosted EAP support including family access, a COVID-19 advice and support hotline as well as COVID-19 leave.

The package resulted in 92% of employees reporting feeling informed about important issues and 86% felt supported during COVID.
