Orange Hire introduced the Understanding You process to allow employees and their leaders to get to know each other better to build trust and connection. Employees were given a workbook to complete to support their wellbeing, understand their motivations, strengths, career and development goals and leaders participated in a three-day training program to implement the process.

Since implementing the process, all key aspects of engagement have increased, with wellness, satisfaction and relationships with managers having the largest growth.
