Ryco used the deferment of their inaugural leadership development program to their advantage, utilising these leaders to train the broader GUD (parent company) community. The training incorporated resilience, meditation, mindfulness and active listening, amongst other topics. These nine sessions at Ryco resulted in over 500 connections and a number of conversations which were previously considered off-limits.
