SGS works as an agile team of teams focused on project delivery for clients and creates these teams based on skills, experience and availability. SGS introduced the Groups initiative to facilitate work planning, improve team wellbeing, workload management and the quality of work delivered. The initiative also allowed team members to raise ideas or challenges that benefit from small group discussion. Since the introduction of Groups, team members reported that they aided wellbeing by providing a smaller, more inclusive environment with more oversight of workload management and how people are going.
