SixPivot implemented Unlimited Domestic Violence Leave and Support for Victims and Perpetrators as a ‘no questions asked’ leave policy with additional support such as paid emergency accommodation, cash support up to $5,000 and individual and family counselling. SixPivot felt it was important to extend this leave to perpetrators in the hope of encouraging them to come forward.

To date, SixPivot have had one team member come forward concerned their behaviour was borderline and wanting help to prevent escalation while another has taken advantage of it to support an extended family member.
